General

Sorry, no satellite pic available. Situated 1M NE of Cramond Island and 1M SE of Inchcolm. It is a small island roughly 2 cables long and 1 cable wide and heavily disfigured by obsolete air and sea defence works. On the west side their is an old pier but this is unsuitable for landing. The island offers an anchorage to both E and W side and a fine sandy LW barbecue beach on the SW.

Approaches, Routes and Navigation

The navigator should use caution as the general area is shallow - especially to SW.

Tidal information and currents

Nothing unexpected.
